This is my shadow box, we have a few around the apartment and it's a continuous journey to fill them with folksy little treasures.

Bedside table

I bought this bedside table a couple of weeks ago.  I was not going to buy it initially because I have bought so much furniture lately and I don't really have anywhere to put it, but thankfully my girlfriend talked me into purchasing it.  Oh! And it was only seven dollars! BARGAIN!!!

Salt 'n' Pepper

Here I go, here I go, here I go again...

My partner and I collect salt and pepper shakers.  We only have twelve pairs so far, but our collection is slowly growing.  Every time we go to a market or an op shop, we are on the lookout for more to add to the collection.  Here are a couple of photos of our salt and pepper shakers.

This is our hutch, it contains some of the little acquisitions we have made while on our preloved shopping adventures.

Sailor Jerry

The best cat in the world! This is Sailor Jerry playing in my waste paper basket.  He loves wicker, he has a scratching post that he never uses, instead he chooses to scratch at the wicker furniture in our apartment.
